practitioner. I am excited to be here alongside other dedicated wellness practitioners, working to
help individuals live their best life! My goal is to facilitate a safe space where the body’s intrinsic
healing can activate. From there, I assist in the unraveling of stress and holding patterns. I love
to see my clients leave with a sense of ease, feeling rejuvenated and better than they arrived.
I offer an integrative massage, pulling from 11 years of experience in various professional settings and modalities. I have worked for a Chiropractor (Altas), provided Medical
Massage to workers comp and VA patients (A Touch Above Wellness Spa), practiced in a Spa
setting (Miracles Hair Studio and Day Spa), as well as taken care of post reconstructive and
cosmetic surgery patients (Syracuse Plastic Surgery). Clients most often see me for deep
tissue and therapeutic massage, which include extra care for trouble areas. I also focus on
releasing restricted fascia and increasing circulation throughout the entire body.
Since graduating from Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2012, I have studied Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT), Cranial Sacral Therapy with Upledger Institute International, Usui Reiki, Integrative Energy Therapy, as well as a handful of online courses. Along with the extensive tool set I have to pull from, I am intuitive and highly sensitive, which helps me discern individual needs. I am skilled at customizing each session and integrating a variety of bodywork
Modalities.
To live our Best Life, I believe we should play an active role in our wellness. I am
passionate about empowering individuals to find what works best for them on their wellness
journey. If a client is ready, I’m happy to support them through self reflection, becoming
conscious of where they are out of balance.
Often enacting a self-care practice or removing something is necessary to come back into homeostasis. I believe we must have a holistic approach to our wellness rather than simply treating symptoms. Some things to consider are diet, posture, self-care practices, hydration, a need for supplementation, meditation, exercise, how we talk to ourselves and the beliefs we hold.
Through our unique process we can access latent parts of ourselves, and step into our most authentic, healthy, and empowered life! My greatest teacher has been my yoga practice, uniting and grounding me into alignment with the best version of myself. Yoga is more than a physical discipline, it’s also an inner technology that continues to strengthen my compassion, equanimity, and resilience. I enjoy my life close to nature. My reverence for the natural world inspires all that I do.
In my spare time you can find me in the forest hiking with my dog. I love a weekend camping
adventure where I am able to get away from the over stimulation of life. Keeping plants,
gardening and getting my hands in the soil brings me joy and reminds me of the beauty in the
connectivity of life. A radiance comes from a healthy diet. Therefore, I prefer to cook with fresh
whole foods, sprout seeds, bake my own organic sourdough bread, and prepare fermented
foods for the pre and probiotic benefits. Seeking alternatives to chemical based products has
led me to experiment creating my own pure and natural, toxin free substitutes. I make herbal
infused massage creams & oils, healing salves, wild-crafted tinctures, scrubs, soaps, and even
my own laundry detergent. This creative outlet encompasses what I am most passionate about;
wellness and being in harmony with nature. I have deep gratitude for the gift of life and the
divinity contained in all things.
